We are a European research and consulting network with a focus on performance psychometrics. We develop models, methods and tool for “New Work” organizations. We consult organizations on corporate culture, mindset change and all aspects of decision making and creative problem solving effectiveness. 

We believe the causes of all problems are imbalances in value priorities due to errors in measurement. Measurements are performed on reality constructs which sometimes are called mindsets. Mindset change-ability and “general intelligence” are related. General intelligence is liminted by the amount of purposefully connected information. We co-create learning experiences with organizations to connect knowledge and experience to increase general intelligence or wisdom. 

Our goal is to help individuals and organizations to increase their information processing performance by utilizing state of the art training tools and resources for learning, growth and transformation.

Many companies are not ready for the challenges of digitalization and automation. We improve the way people communicate and collaborate to solve problems by coaching better ways to understand and deal with information. 

We collect, evaluate and integrate state of the art models and tools for problem solving to provide more people access to this collected knowledge.
